The Learn, Earn & Grow (LEG) Scheme is an empowering initiative by Perfect Touch Innovation and Entrepreneurship Academy aimed at equipping young people with practical, income-generating skills.
Through hands-on training in areas like fashion design, hairstyling, makeup, pedicure, and social media communication, participants are given the opportunity to earn even while still undergoing training in our academy thereby enabling them to build a foundation for long-term growth and self-reliance.
The LEG Scheme inspires creativity, fosters entrepreneurship, and opens doors to a brighter future.
TVET
We are an accredited Skills Training Centre (STC) for the Federal Ministry of Education’s TVET Initiative-both in Osun and Oyo states.
Enrol to get fully funded training, monthly stipends, and start-up support for selected trades in high-demand sectors.

Our Impact
We’ve empowered over 2,000 youths, including:
- Youth Employment and Social Support Operation (YESSO) cadets – 2018
- 150+ Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme (OYES) cadets- 2022
- 1,000 + secondary school students trained across 10 selected schools in Osogbo and Ede under our LEG campaign- 2025
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) SAED program – still ongoing.
- Direct and indirect livelihood support to 400+ individuals.
- Partnerships with institutions like Fountain University, Osun State University and other institutions across Osun State.
